2nd xmbc android box wont work

Anybody help me please.
My first xmbc stream box works fine..bought another for upstairs and it will not work...works fine at my friend house..
I've been through the hub and switched all the gizmos off..

One of my buddy's had the exact same problem..he said he called bt and they did something to his hub and then it worked..I phoned bt and they didn't have a clue what I was taking about and said there is nothing they can do

Did you get this sorted yet? Are you getting any error messages? Have you ried using the downstaris box upstairs for comparison or to check if it connects?
