3 weeks without the internet due to moving house - any compensation?
I just set up the moving house date for my account but the nearest engineer appointment that was given to me is 3 weeks from moving in date. I know what I will hear now - it's not BT fault, it's availability of the Openreach engineers. I still think that 3 weeks it's ridiculous, but I would like to ask does BT offer any compensation in a situation like that? They will not provide me with the services that I'm paying for, whatever the reason is.

no compensation just a refund of the charges made when you were unable to use the service
