31.55.186.181 Packet Loss?

Hi All,

New to the whole pingplotter but seems to be nice programme to sort out QoS... Anyway I am getting Packet Loss on 31.55.186.181 or at least i think it is, i hear people saying if there is no end packet loss then its just fake. This means nothing to me as i am a pure amateur!

It's just a router doing its main job, passing packets forward. You have no packet loss.
