Sorry for the delay getting back to this. My Broadband very rarely works when I`m at home so I don`t get a chance to post very often !
First reported a crackly phone line and regular loss of Broadband in January. Since then I have seen BT at it`s worst. Indian call centre that are expert at making excuses , telling lies and not much else. Engineers who turn up without appointments and without any knowlege of the problem or what has ( or has not ) been done previously. Contractors dug a hole outside my neighbours house and fractured a water main then had the nerve to tell her she would have to get the Water Company to come and repair it ! This hole has been dug out and filled in twice with no improvement to the line. I am paying for a phone line and internet that are useless and it`s so frustrating that I am powerless to get anything done about it. I have been in touch with the Ombudsman who gave me an address in England to complain to but they have not bothered to reply.
All in all it`s been a total nightmare.

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress
They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
