4G mini hub never arruved

I have been a BT customer for many years. 
I have recently upgraded to Halo.  BT promises to keep their customers connected! 
Well I placed an order for a 4G mini hub on the 8 June. I was promised by the BT customer service operator that I would receive this the next day, 9 June. I never did.!

Today is the 17 June . My order for the 4G mini hub still has not arrived! 
BT don’t  fulfil their promises!

If it was promised next day and did not arrive, then you should have got in touch straightaway. BT most likely kept their promise and there was a "delivery problem" that can only be dealt with when you advise BT of non-delivery. 

To speed things up, I suggest you contact the same number you called when you reported the original problem.

Since it is now 8 days waiting for the 4g hub and you are on Halo, is your internet still problematic?

Today is the 17 June and still not received the 4G mini hub!

This is outrageous !

BT promises to keep you connected at all times.

My partner and I are key workers and work from home and it is vital for us to be connected. 
Our signal drops out regularly plus our internet  is slow. 
We were promised a mini hub on the 8 June.

I have phoned BT lots of times to be told I will receive it the next day but status on my account says “ awaiting dispatch!”

Thiis is an awful service.  I have recently upgraded to Halo.   So basically I am paying for a service I am not getting !!!

Mistakes do happen & just ranting on a mainly customer to customer forum won't solve the issue, I'd suggest calling in again & advising what you've previously been told as they seem to just be palming you off

Hi @Heather3  welcome to the forum and sorry to hear that you have not received the 4G hub yet. Have you spoken with customer services today as that is the quickest way to get this resolved?

Yes I have spoken to Bt today... I have been on the phone to BT every day since I ordered the 4G mini hub on the 8 June. 
They have put another order in and promise that I will get it by the middle of next week - not like the advert from BT on tv that you will receive it the next day! 
So here’s hoping I eventually get it.
