Hi all
Bad time to move house but we moved in just before the lockdown. Bt sent me a 4g mini hub to use during the downtime as it was 2 weeks for new service to arrive.
This hasn't happened yet due to a mess up with openreach. This morning I woke to a email saying the 4g hub has now been turned off.
I rang BT who had me on hold numerous times and spoke to numerous people.
Basically they can't turn my 4g hub back on.
What the hell? No broadband. No 4g , no Internet.
Mobile phone hotspots are out the question we we don't have unlimited data plans.

Did you manage to get your 4g hub switched back on?
Yes a moderator on here made enquiries and it took 2 goes but yes.
Sad ending to the story, I have now cancelled my connection and having the phone line disconnected. No way on gods earth am I going to contract for 24 months for 3mb adsl. Going 4g for now and then point to point satellite broadband.
