£5 discount on BT Mobile

Does anyone know what happens to this discount at the end of the 12 month contract, assuming I am still a BT broadband customer? Do I need to renew the 12 month contract to keep the discount or will the discount still be applied as long as I stay a BB customer and BT mobile customer, albeit out of the 12 month contract?

The £5 broadband discount is applicable whilst broadband is provided at the property - has nothing to do with your contract term

@Fusionmoth is correct, your £5 discount on BT Mobile will continue as long as you have BT Broadband.
