£50 Amazon Gift Voucher

I was offered a £50 Amazon voucher for both myself and my future son - in - law as he signed up for BT broadband in January 2021. He has paid numerous bills since and despite my attempts at having these vouchers sent we still have received nothing. I have been promised by three BT advisors (two telephone conversations and one online chat) that the vouchers would arrive yet I still await their delivery. 

Will we ever see them?
