£50 cheque how to claim ?

Can someone please let me know how you can claim the £50 cheque thats mentioned here

I can find links for the other offer of £150 Reward Card  but nothing for the £50 cheque, i would like to bookmark the link before i order

I've just ordered via https://www.cable.co.uk/broadband/packages/.

According to https://www.cable.co.uk/deals/bt-sale/ (bottom of page), you need to go to https://www.vouchers.bt.com/offer/cashback/ to claim the cheque.

According to that (T&Cs at the bottom), it's exclusive to cable.co.uk - you have to go through them.

I too have claimed this offer it was £150 card and the £50 cheque!

The card was sent for £125 and even though repeatedly they said they would fix this they have not!


Filled in details for the cheque and no response! Sent an email to chase them and no response whatsoever!

No wonder BT has a bad reputation! Their deals are so complex why can't it just be bill credit and done with rather than all these nonsense card deals!

I have taken a screen grab so know what i am entitled too! Nothing i hate more than when someone promises something and then fail to deliver! Why offer it in the first place! So can a mod help or will a small claims case have to be opened!
