554 5.7.1 Error - My emails are getting rejected everywhere, but ONLY via BT, fine via Vodafone

I'm getting emails rejected everywhere, perhaps there is a general SPAM block in place based on the IP BT is giving me?

The same device (iPhone) receives a rejected message over Wifi but is fine when sending via Vodafone

I looked at "what is my ip address" website.

Entered this address into mxtoolbox.com

Hey presto, it's blacklisted on 2 services!!

BT - PLEASE can you get this removed or assign a new range (tell me how I can get this)? I can't send emails apart from by phone!!

I checked "what is my ip" website

entered the ip into "mxtools.com"

BT - PLEASE can you get this removed, assign a new dynamic range, or some other solution. We cannot send email except by phone (!) for two days now.
