Re: 58k!

Go to solution

Download speedachieved during the test was - 2721 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :3744 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 3000 Kbps

This is the latest test result. I assume that 2721 is the fastest I am going to get? despite being told it should be between 6-8 mb

Re: 58k!

can you post the adsl stats again

I think you should have a better connection speed which in turn will give better profile and download speed

About 20 minutes as we have just re-organised the living room, prior to that it was about 4 days.

Re: 58k!

are you still connected to the test socket or have you moved it to somewhere else after the reorganisation?

Re: 58k!

then as it now looks good I would email the mods and ask for your noise margin to be reset to 6 which should give the increase in speed

can take a few days for mods to get back to you
