£70 joining gift card

 
still waiting for the £70 gift card promised when I joined been almost 4 months 
 
Ive been patient , called customer service , been promised it would be resolved but still I’m waiting 
 
I’ve received 3 confirmation emails like the one below stating the card is on its way and not to worry
 
well I’ve been  patient and I would now like to escalate a formal complaint as I feel I have been mis-sold tge broadband package and feel defrauded . 

it’s only £70 but that’s difference between choosing BT over sky , plus net , virgin and other broadband providers and they have lied and falsely advertised the £70 in their promotion 
 
can someone please contact me to sort this out

Hi @HANS2233,

I am sorry to read about the problems you've had trying to get this gift card. When you were speaking with our supplier, did they confirm your address? Did they tell you if it was being posted out to you or if it was lost in the post? Did they give you a tracking reference number?

I received a confirmation email stating my BT reward card is on its way 

I’m on fourth email like this 

You recently requested a replacement card. We've blocked your old card and issued you a new one. This should be with you within the next 3-5 working days. 

Once your new card arrives, you need to activate it. To do this, just log in to your account and follow the instructions. It'll only take a few seconds. We'll then automatically transfer the remaining balance on your old card to your new one.
