Hello everyone, I got Infinity installed last Friday and everything was going great, constant 75mb download with 20mb upload, until last night, the hub randomly disconnected for 15 to 20 minutes, and when it came back on, my speed dropped right down to 3mb, and its still only 3 to 6mb this morning, 75mb to 3/6mb is a stupidly huge drop, whats going on????
The disconnect has caused the DLM to believe there are problems on your line, and so has reduced your speed.
It should slowly come back, but from previous posts, it will take quite a while.
Anybody else got any views on the timescales?

Really annoying.
I seem to be having a similar problem to the original poster. My download speed has dropped from 41Mb to on average 4Mb overnight, my upload speed remains the same at around 9Mb. I ran a speedtest and it says my IP Profile is 42Mb which is what it usually is. I tried resetting the homehub and modem but there is no change. Any suggestions?
I tried resetting only the Home Hub a few times and there is no change.
Just a "me too" for this. After about a week's normal performance following a major line fault that caused a complete loss of service, BT's speed test is today reporting my profile as 77Mbit/s, but a download speed of around 5Mbit/s.
