Re: 75mb to 3mb...

It changed when I reset the homehub. 86.145.XXX.XXX to 86.173.XXX.XXX.

Update: I am on the Upton Park exchange.

Re: 75mb to 3mb...

Yea problems here too (using the Bowes Park exchange) - connection dropped for half an hour last night and today is, according to the BT speedtest:

Download speed: 4.61

Upload speed: 7.65

Ping: 73.38

Slower than my old broadband.

Re: 75mb to 3mb...

goto http://speedtester.bt.com/ and take the 'ADSL and Fibre Diagnostics' test.

Or, a bit quicker but less official, goto http://windows.mouselike.org/be/?DoAction=BrasChecker

By the way: the ip profile reported by speedtester is the same thing as the BRAS rate reported from the BrasChecker.

Re: 75mb to 3mb...

@55brianb (isnt this forum software useless! is there any concept of threads?) you get your ip profile by running speedtester.bt.com and choosing the adsl/fttc diagnostics button
