Also, Try a download from a provider that can actually PROVIDE the speeds you are asking for...
On speedtest.net I end up with about 50-55Mb/s, BBMAX speedtest anything between 40-75Mb/s and the BT speedtest, sometimes as low as 10Mb/s
I always go by actual throughput from a FAST source that can guarantee the speeds that I require.
I get 8.9MB/s downloads through astraweb.

If you'd have read my post properly, I'm sure i've put the fact that I'll have to wait for 10 days.
And again if you'd read my post poperly, at no stage have I said that my Internet connection is not working
As I say I don't believe in any almighty so0, there is NO profanity on my part...however, if anyone wants to believe in whatever makes them feel good about themselves so be it. So there fore I will say that Mr Fosters and Nr Carlsberg are godlike and I will worship them, if anyone disagrees with my religion let them be banned forthwith or have a sense of humour lol

I had 37.5Mb/s DL before the change and 38Mb/s DL after, but when rebooting my equipment, it jumped to 75Mb/s down.
Either that or wait for the HUGELY published 10 day training period before moaning about your perfectly fine internet connection "Not working".
Am I allowed to complain about my previously superb 38/8 that is now at 5/7 since the upgrade, with Openreach visiting today and confirming that my line is fault free and delivering 54/20 to the door and my fully functioning modem and router, and that BT have clearly screwed the pooch somewhere and that 10 days or 100 will make no difference?
World of difference between normal service + a bit more to Normal service - 90% of the previous amount.
Speed check for today:-
27.65Mbps Down
8.72Mbps Up
It's not getting any better
Just checked my IP Profile and it getting worse! its now gone down from 53.27Mbps to 48.89Mbps
Wait 10 days - yeah, that's going to help - NOT!
