Hi - I signed up to BT Fibre Broadband at the end of January with the activation in February, mainly due to the offer of an £80 Reward card, i tried claiming it some time later, but i was given the excuse by BT Customer Services that there was no offer running at that time!
I have recently been sent an email on 25/06/2020 confirming I AM eligible for £80 BT Reward card, however when I log into my account there is still no reward showing.
I've seen on this board there have been quite a few people who've experienced the same problem but could not find the answer, so appreciate some help here please.

We've got the same issue here - our Fibre broadband was activated on 9th July, so we're now past the 14 day cooling off period, but there's nothing showing when we log into the rewards page, despite having an email stating that we are eligible for the £80 reward card?
I can see from other posts on the forum that it's a small team dealing with a backlog of these, but a little communication to confirm that we will definitely be receiving it would be appreciated, especially as it was one of the main reasons we went for this package - it goes a long way when you've moved into a new house 🙂 Thank you!
