£80 Mastercard/£40 Amazon voucher broadband sign up deal

Hi

I signed up for BT Fibre 1 Broadband on 22nd March, and my service was activated on 6th April.

When I signed up the deal came with some rewards: a £80 Mastercard and a £40 Amazon voucher. However, when I log in to see my BT rewards it says that there are no rewards to claim.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for rewards to appear or how I can claim them? Thanks.

Normally you can claim 14 days after your service was activated, but its taking much longer at the moment, so I would give it a couple more weeks, as you have three months to claim.

If it was via a third party website, then this can also take longer.

Post back here if you still have problems claiming.

You can claim the Amazon voucher by filling in this form https://broadbandbenefits.co.uk/amazon/claim. I've also sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to get the BT Reward card claimed for you.
