Please note that if the fault is with your telephone line (which it more than likely is) then cancelling and going with another provider won't sort the issue. The fault on the line would still remain as it's Openreach's copper network back to the exchange.

All service providers bar virgin use Openreach's copper network.

Unless you are in an area served by their cable network, your broadband will be delivered over your telephone wires.

Hi TArcher. Hope you managed to get sorted. I know what you mean about them not calling back. And of they do It's usually at a time your not available. Despite leaving instructions on the best time to call.
