9 weeks - 9 fault calls - 4 vists - 4 missed vistis 50+ chat session, countless calls -STILL NO BROA

PLEASE - SOMEONE HELP !!

 

9 weeks no service

9 fault logged

Wrong engineers arrived

Engnieers don't arrive when booked

Wasted 5 days sitting in doors waiting for fix - still nothing

 

I keep chatting/talking to people in international calls centres that simply don't progress anyting

 

I want to talk to someone senoir in BT - how do I do this???

 

PLEASE - I'M at the end of my teather

Just been on hold for 34 mins then call gets dropped and agent disconnects - shocking customer service
