Hi FTTP has just become available in my area (I am very happy) the availability checker indicated that speeds of 900Mb were available, but when I placed the the order it appears that because I am a Halo customer that the 900Mb product was not available to me (does that sound right) ?
I’ve been on Halo since it was introduced and regraded to Full Fibre 900 with BT Halo 1. Have you tried calling the FTTP team?
