The advice is leave your Smart Hub 2 online for 3 consecutive days and it should resolve on its own, if not then it needs raised to BT's CPE team, they can then push a manual update which will see the upload error fixed.
@MadJim It is a config file update no a firmware one. It should happen within 72 hrs. If it has't happened for you then post back.
