I Just wanted to say a big thank you to Craig and David who sorted my very poor speed out nicely and to imjolly for his help jargon busting for me, You guys at BT get a lot of bad stick so i thought it would be nice for someone to post something posative for once. Oh and below is a speed test for the benefit of the BT open reach guy who argued with me for half an hour that my 3mb download speed was very good and more than acceptible for my distance from the exchange and there was noooo way i was getting 10mb plus previosuly and i must have been mistaken!!! yeah i know **bleep** never see it but it makes me feel better.
