Just a brief update to say I've spoken with BT and they have reset my SNR and I'm seeing 15Mbps download now. Going to monitor the situation and seek again with BT tomorrow. My broadband is not getting the usual amount of usage and stress testing with the rest of the family away on vacation at the moment.
