Re: ADSL max query

we moved to the area in the summer

Its remote and rural and 10+ miles from any mobile signal

No plans for any sort of superfast/fibre/fixed wireless improvements

Ironically we moved from the cotswolds just when the local cabinet was upgrade to FTTC

Any tips for improving the line?

Is it worth considering buying another line or will it only provide marginal improvements? (do BT provide this tpye of feature?)

Re: ADSL max query

you may be very remote and a long way from the exchange but it would be worth seiing if you can get adslmax connection especially with the very high noise margin  normally I would suggest phoning the options team but I think this time it would be better getting mods involved and investigate whether you can get changed to adslmax  mods will post a contact us link

Re: ADSL max query

Your down SNR margin is very high (37.3dB) , so it looks like you are possibly on a fixed rate product. You should be able to get a much faster speed than you are getting at the moment.

I think it would be best for one of the moderators to take a look at what package you are actually on, as I am sure you can get a better speed than that.
