ADSL2+ Help

Good afternoon, 

I was wondering if someone can assist - I'd like to find out how I can ensure I'm receiving ADSL2+?  According to your availability checker below it should be available to us but our upload speeds still seem far too low for this to be enabled.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Please let me know if any other info is required and I can contact someone directly with my details.

can you post stats from your router please

if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information  if hh5 then troubleshooting then helpdesk

 With an up speed of 780kbps you are on adsl2/2+

have you tried using the test socket with a filter to see if that improves your connection by eliminating your internal wiring and your faceplate
