Re: ADSL2+ Upgrade of Audlem Exchange (WMADM) very very disappointing

hi yes you are now on adsl2 not adsl2+ the exchange equipment may move you to adsl2+ if it sees your line as stable you now need to leave it 10 days with no manual restarts of the hub while the line stabilises you may notice some disconnections during this time it is perfectly normal

Re: ADSL2+ Upgrade of Audlem Exchange (WMADM) very very disappointing

don't seem to be making any progress and with drop in noise margin I would have expected an increase in speed - not staying the same.  looks like you need to contact mods again

you don't but I can't see you making any progress without mod assistance

I would agree with imjolly you do need the mods assistance
some times the change to adsl2 does not help long lines as has been posted on the forum before

Re: ADSL2+ Upgrade of Audlem Exchange (WMADM) very very disappointing

Ok thanks very much for your advice, I'll contact the mods again and let them know the latest. I really can't keep waiting 3-10 days for every change, the line is almost unuseable now. Every 0.1Mb increase for me is like finding gold!

Re: ADSL2+ Upgrade of Audlem Exchange (WMADM) very very disappointing

Unfortunately the time scale cannot be changed much a we would all like it speeded up certain stabilisation times need to be given as the number of resets would increase as the lines would not be stable enough the first time there fore extending the time even further
