We recently joined BT broadband but after the ADSL training period the upload speed is stuck at 448kbps. The noise margin for upload is 17dB which seems very high. Can you please have a look why this is the case?

your up speed is not stuck. the problem is you are on adslmax and that is max up speed see if mods can help you get on to adsl2 they will post here

You are on the correct speeds for ADSL Max, not on ADSL2.

The exchange has ADSL2+ enabled, I just need to transferred to that service.
