I was upgraded on the 25th, but only installed my new ADSL+ hardware yesterday.

I fear outside the 10 day training period. Smiley Sad

Stuck at 8,128 down and 448 up - should be up around 14

Will contact the custhelp detailed above.

Thanks for the link guys.

hi your exchange may have been upgraded on the 25th but not all lines are moved over at the same time it cane from a few day to a few months while all the lines are moved over to the new service the training period does not start until your line moves over to the new system

Now a week in not much change slight improvement speed up from 10,000 to 10,700 dsl connection  up from 12275 to 13358 ip profile up from 10830 to 11784. Few more days to go so hopefully will improve a little more, not as big an improvement as I hoped for suppose i will just have to wait for infinity to arrive for that.Strange when neighbours are getting nearer 15,000 download speeds.

looking at your old stats i would expect with a near perfect line approx 13.8 mb so to be honest if you are currently connecting at 13358k you are as near there as you will ever be as to your neighbours getting nearer 15000k that is easily explained no two phone lines are the same there attenuation (line length ) will be different to yours and there fore a different connection speed

I agree with john46 - after looking at your good stats you have a connection about as good as you will get with your attenuation
