ADSLMax to ADSL2 Modulation upgrade

Hi, Is the any way that my line can be upgraded from my current ADSL MAX (g.992.1) modulation to ADSL2+ which is showing as available on my line. My previous case relating to this only upgraded my upload speed and it left the line modulation at 992.1 with no change in download speed as per my HH3 stats shown below.
