Just wondered if anyone could help? For some reason BT are unable to provide me with the AJM\BTCOM reference number I need to process my claim with TopCashBack.
Having spoken to the BT help desk they actually recommended I post a question here.
The number you need would be on the email you received when your service was activated.

You could try logging into your account on MyBT, and looking at the order details. You are looking for the sales reference, which should be shown there.
Your order ref should have been on the confirmation email sent once your services are activated.

Thank you very much - I do have a Z60 reference at the bottom of a "You're good to go" email. I'll try providing this to TC. Although I think I have already provided this.
Had load of issues with my service going live (despite getting fiber in December my phone line only went live in April) so maybe that has contributed to the problems.
