I tried to get an issue sorted earlier today where I can't access a website when connected to my home network, and I get this error:
"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/" on this server.
Reference #18.49dedd58.1581451995.2637a662"
So far I have:
It happens on all browsers and on multiple mobile devices when connected to BT WiFi, but NOT when using mobile data or connected to my phone (using it as a hotspot with mobile data) with my laptop.
I chatted to somebody earlier using the online chat, then got a phone call telling me they would connect me to a different department, but that then it disconnected with no answer.
I am looking for any help with this, as it has happened now on a few sites, and I can't seem to figure out how to sort it.
Cheers in advance

Do you have bt web protect active? If so try turning off
Hi there,
Nope, Web protect is not activated, and has never been activated. Also, none of the parental controls are active either.
You have said it happens when using "BTWifi". Do you mean the BTWifi free hotspots or do you mean the wireless network connection on your BT hub?
Have you tried activating BT Webprotect and then deactivating it?
Hi there,
It is using my BT Hub on my home network. It is fine if I switch to using a hotspot (such as mobile tethering to my mobile data), and only seems to happen when I am using my home BT wifi network.
I have tried activating the Webprotect and deactivating it, but still isn't solving the issue.
You need to use https://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/ not "http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/"
You are trying to access it via the insecure address link.
Neither of the links work. Or if you try an access it via google. I have also added the site to my firewall whitelist, but still can't access it.
Which BT Home hub are you using?
The BT Smart Hub 2
Have you tried changing DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 You can't change them in the hub but you can change them on your network adaptor.
