Hi, we can not access fibre to the premises despite both of our nearest neighbours being able to. We currently have a download speed of 1.57 and an upload speed of 0.31. I’m a teacher and my husband is a headteacher....teaching online in the event of another lockdown/blended learning will be impossible. I read somewhere that when your postcode is not correct it can have an effect on you not getting fttp? Maybe this is us. I don’t know what to do. Our many attempts at contacting bt about this have been an utter waste of many mornings. Any suggestions?
