Why must i go through bt to access my yahoo mail some days I am denied access other days it recognises my password and let's me in very very frustrating

If you have a Yahoo email account, which has nothing to do with BT you should be using the Yahoo log on page.
If you have a BTYahoo email account you should be using the BT log on page.

Sometimes it is tempermental and I am denied access other days it works
