Accessing BTTV and BT SPORT Apps

I can access BtTv, My BT with my log in details but why can't I access BT Sport app?Comes up with error code ID003

ID003 means a BT Sport subscription can't be found on that account. Where does your subscription come from? Is it on your TV package? Part of your mobile subscription?

OK yes, I can see on your account that your BT Sport subscription has strangely been suspended @Superjax123. I'll get that resolved ASAP, and try to find out what went wrong.

That's it now sorted @Superjax123 ... it was caused by an agent error when resuming service following your recent billing issues. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Darren. Today I've noticed all my subscription channels are not working again and cannot access any of the bt apps on my phone. Could you look into this for me please.
