Hi @Wamd There are varying levels of validation we use to depending on the nature of the order to ensure that an order is being placed genuinely. For sensitive products we would require to speak only with the account holder and have them confirm their account number. For less sensitive services we follow up the order placement with an email or letter to ensure the order is correct.
