Is a moderator able to help clean up my BT account please? Currently have two accounts with two numbers all linked together. It looks like my old account and new are linked together after a house move a year ago.
Need somebody who can clean the account up please?
I need the same doing as well as I have two BT account numbers linked to a single BT ID. I need the inactive one removed.

I have not been able to contact the billing chat team during normal hours and tried many times. All I get is a message saying Online Chat is currently unavailable. Our opening hours are 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Please visit the Contact Us page for alternative options or try again later.
I have also tried calling 0800 800 150 and selecting billing options but the IVR doesn't have a relevant option and when I select other ones it puts me in a loop and takes me back to the beginning.
Please can you provide the correct option to get support for this other than online chat.
