Account Compromised

Our email accounts have been compromised automatically (?) by BT without any prior notice and as usual the phone calls from India are of no help. Now I have been told it will take upto four days to reactivate them and that this only happens in blocks or groups and the only option for us is to wait to see if this actually happens. Meanwhile we have no service. But we will get another call from India to see if our email has been restored on Friday night, not sure what will happen if it is not restored.


Bt seems to be getting more and more aloof from it's customers and gives the impression that it does not care about it's customers problems it just keeps on taking the money!
