Account Suspended

Hi could somebody just explain why my account has been suspended due to suspicious activity today ? I only found out due to trying to log into bt cloud before. My account was locked down on all devices. Could anyone explain why this has happened as my login email is my own private email not an BT email. Many Thanks in advance !!
