Account Suspension Message : Déjà vu ?

Go to solution

20/June/2015. Hi there.

While checking my email settings. I came across the following anomaly.

email_01.jpg

I use both my email addresses everyday, and I don't see why the "suspension" flag has materialised.

It's not the first time this has happen:-

https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/email-account-suspension-message/m-p/1450351#M32258

I'm going to use the "Contact Form" to report the issue, again.

Same problem back with my account. I guess BT haven't managed to fix this despite it being reported to them numerous times.

Hi gg30340.

From your post. What happens on the last day. Are your addresses suspended, or does the false display continue ?

The last time this happened or should I say the time before that because this has happened twice before, I raised it with the moderators and they advised me that it was an error that was causing the warning to be displayed and that it could be ignored. They also posted a message about it.

 https://community.bt.com/t5/Email/Account-suspension-error-message/td-p/1416915

As far as I can remember after a few days of bringing it to the attention of the moderators the message disappeared without any intervention from me.

I will advise the moderators that it has returned.

Hi there. I thought I'd just take a peak, to see if the "Suspension Notice" had sorted itself out.

No, it's still there. Obviously, in it for the longhaul ?

Exactly the same as the OP. I noted yesterday  that on Manage Emails I have the this message opposite the email account I use daily:

Your email was last used 22/09/2014 21:30:11. If you don't login before 19/07/15 we will suspend your mailbox. You have 27 days to use your mailbox.
