Account closed in June - No Final Bill

Hi,

 

I closed my account (line ceased 14/0611) and I am still awaiting a final bill and refund. My normal bill cycle should have produced a bill on the 6th July.

 

Could a mod please message me so I can give all details.

You could give the billing live chat link a whirl at the top of this board.  Its pretty good 🙂
