Activate Fon on my router

I was activated for Fon on my router but somewhere along the way, it was reset and it now shows that I am not activated even though my BT WIFI account is active.

There does not seem to be any way to re-activate the service on my router that I can find. Suggestions please.

Re: Activate Fon on my router

If you do a factory reset, its normally enabled by default.

Re: Activate Fon on my router

is there any real reason why you need it activated on your home hub? you would still be able to access the btwifi hotpots whilst out and about

Re: Activate Fon on my router

I have the same problem. It does not affect me directly, but when some of my friends visit, who have BT Broadband accounts, they cannot use BTWiFi as my Home Hub 5 is not broadcasting the network. I don't give them access to my own private network as some of them are cowboys so I made a rule that nobody uses my own network to exclude the possibilities of them gaining any access to my computers.
