Activated yet no internet

I have been waiting for some time now, after I've been told to check serial number which I have responded to the person who mailed me, after I've been told it will be on 19th and to wait for Monday still nothing. Can do one please fix my internet which I have to pay for which i think is unfair as why do I have to pay for something I've not even experience yet?

No in writing it was suppose to be the 9th, then the 17th then the 19th. On my order status it shows the 19th and shows as complete. Today I got a text saying "we have activated your BT but have noticed you have not been using it" ...?

as this appears a self install are you conencted to the master or better still the test socket with a new filter?  does your phone work ok?

I don't have a phone. I'm connected to the open reach modem via port 1.

It's a new built building the engineer was here the 17th to setup phone line.

I don't know. There is a fibre box, then a open reach modem, then the router. Everything has green lights except the router
