I am having the same problem activating BT Cloud as apparently a number of others posting on here. The latest being a run of 35 items dated 11/2021 now showing as resolved. The activate button is showing red and when I first clicked it it said may take some time to activate. Nothing happened and the button is still red. When I click on it now I just get diverted back to MyBT page. The Cloud app says oops sorry something has gone wrong close and bo back to BT Cloud.
I am not a new user to BT but I haven't tried activating the Cloud until now.
