Hello, probably being stupid but I'm struggling to activate BT cloud. When I go into my extras in MyBT and click activate cloud it takes me to the Google Play store to download the app. I did this and then tried to log in but it says no Cloud account registered to this account.
Went back and tries to activate again in MyBT and anytime I click activate cloud it just takes me back to the Play store.
Any help appreciated.
