I left talk talk and joined BT for home phone and broadband. My activation data was 7 June. My phone lost connection around 11am and it's 25 mins after midnight my phone is still not working. So I have no phone or broadband. Tracking my order says

No idea where I stand. Over the years I have changed my phone from talk talk to o2 to talk talk, Plusnet, talk talk and never had any issues. This one seems to have gone horribly wrong.
