Moved my service from sky to bt, broadband and line supposed to activate yesterday not happened. So i am left with no phone or Internet. Called India twice today first time "will be resolved within 3 days" second time "spoken to tech team will DEFINATELY be working today" I asked the agent to confirm that statement by email/text message they said they would but surprise surprise no email or text.
Any help on how on earth I can A, get a genuine reason for why there is a delay? And B, a definitive time frame for the service to start rather than contradictory info. Would be fantastic?
