I have had to set up my BT ID with a different email because my initial one wasn't working. When I received the activation email and click the link to activate the account it tells me:
Your BT ID has not yet been activated.
Your activation email was sent to .... You need to click the link in this email before you can login to your account.
When I resend the activation email and click on the link it keeps taking me to the same page.
I am not able to log in due to the activation and cannot see bills etc.

My BT broadband is working fine, it is just my BT ID that is not working.
