My broadband activation date was 3 days ago and I still haven't been able to connect. I am able to use my phone but the broadband light is still flashing red. When I checked with the BT Broadband website it says there is a problem with their supplier and they are investigating it. What I can't understand is if my phone is working for both incoming and outgoing calls then why isn't my broadband?
It suggests that the phone line is properly connected at the exchange, but that the broadband equipment it's connected to is faulty or mis-configured. So the phone works, but the broadband doesn't.
