I am trying to get my pin sent out for BT Cloud and I have tried 7 times over 2 months now to no avail. I noticed that there is no place for my home address in my online profile and I am unable to find the link(s) that take me there.
Any advice would be appreciated.
They don't need your home address on your online profile because they know where the address of the line is.
