Adding to address book

I'm trying to organise my telephone numbers so that when I get my bill I can see who I rang rather than just the locatipon. Apparently I have to click on the telephone number in the bill and then that enables you to edit and insert the name of the party in to one's address book. But I can't click on the number - its inert

Have you tried logging in and trying with a different web browser, certain ones don't like BT's website it seems..

Have a look at this thread which suggest that the facility has been removed  so you may hsave found an old out of date help webpage
